Working for an insurance company based in Bradford.
Duties:
*Making outbound calls to customers who respond to adverts, send in emails / letters / faxes or apply on line for insurance
*Taking inbound calls from customers
*NO COLD CALLING
*Providing quotes for motor insurance
*Working to targets and deadlines
*Upselling and cross selling products and services
You must have some sales experience, Motor insurance experience is an advantage but not essential, must have a good standard of education and the ability to work to targets.
You will be working shifts:
Week One - 8:00am start 4.15pm finish with 45 min break - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Week Two - 11:45am start 8pm finish with 45 min break - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Week Three - 8:00am start 4.15pm finish with 45 min break - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (with an extra 45 mins on Tuesday due to slightly shorter shift on Sunday)
Week Four - 11:45am start 8pm finish with 45 min break - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (with an extra 45 mins on Tuesday due to slightly shorter shift on Sunday)
However, currently reviewing these shifts so they may be subject to change.
It is expected that the successful candidate will receive 2 weeks training prior to the above shift pattern commencing. Therefore their first two weeks will involve working a 8.45am-5pm, Mon-Fri week.
Salary: £12,000 per annum plus up to £3,000 incentive
