Qualified and felixible social care worker required in an elderly resedential home.
Creating care plan for clients and making sure the care plan is adhered to. Providing a one-one care as at when required for clients. Making sure clients medication are taken as at when due.
Skills description
Candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for social care. A proven record of a one-one care. Must be puntual and be willing to undertake future training when required.
