We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic assistant to provide clerical support for an exciting new wellbeing project.
It’s a fast moving time for Wellbeing, and the University of Leeds is joining the HEFCE and four other Universities on a project to shape the direction of Wellbeing support in the future. All the organisations are leading the way in Wellbeing, and we need an efficient project assistant to provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
You will be liaising with the other Universities to co-ordinate meetings and workshops, collating and writing notes, organising travel and ensuring the project finances are up to date. This means you’ll need to be a highly organised team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will need excellent numeracy and literacy skills too, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
With previous experience of working in an office environment, you will have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above and effective interpersonal skills. Experience of Microsoft Office or equivalent software is essential and experience of processing finances such as expenses and project budgets would be useful.
University Grade 4 (£16,215 to £18,710 p.a. pro rata)
