Responsible for contacting customers to confirm possible fraudulent account activity. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to support customers queries following fraudulent account usage. Must have previous telephone experience.
Hours of work - Working Nights 10pm to 8am - 4 nights on 4 nights off, on a rolling basis.
