This exciting role would suit someone looking for a varied role. Your purpose will be to act as the focal point of contact for anyone visiting or contacting the customer service suite and provide assistance to colleagues, customers and contractors as required.
Providing a distincly high level of customer service at all times through all aspects of work.
Duties will include dealing with enquiries, provide comprehensive admin support, maintain the conference diary, invoicing, setting up of meeting rooms, equipment hire, maintenance of ACT database, work closely with the marketing/events manager toinclude monitoring and issuing footfall figures, chase and update press cuttings - ensuring all PR coverage is displayed, working closely with tennants in attracting new and improved benfits, event work including promotions, exhibitions and launch events and taking enquiries and following through to exhibition stage.
Ideally you will be degree educated with marketing/events experience.
