Role: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Morley, Leeds
Salary: £14,000
My client is looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their existing team, working for a leading Business Management Sector in Morley Leeds.
To achieve the personal and department objectives in line with the corporate strategy and vision for which the job holder is directly responsible and continuously improve performance.
To provide first line support to HR Department and all Group Companies
To provide administration support to HR Department
·Maintain personnel database, ensuring up-to-date by close of business every Friday.
·Production of contracts/letters/reports - via database and windows suite.
·Manage administration of employee cycle from starter documentation to leaver process.
·Ensure all absences are inputted on a weekly basis
·Files and filing current and up-to-date by close of business Friday
·Contribute ideas, suggestions for relevant process improvements to make the department run more efficiently.
·Experience within a busy office environment with the ability to work under pressure and cope with a high volume of work when required.
·Knowledge of "best practice" people policies, procedures, processes and programmes and their application to business issues.
·PC Literacy e.g Word, Excel, Powerpoint specifically focused on speed and accuracy when producing documents
·Word processing (min. 40 wpm preferable)
·Customer Focused
·Good planning and organisation skills
·Self confident and the ability to deal with ambiguity
