The role would involve you undertaking the full range of reception/switchboard duties and to deliver against the reception/switchboard service level agreements for a very well respected company based in the Leeds city centre.
To provide administrative support as required.
Presenting a professional and business like reception and switchboard service.
Ensuring complete awareness of the security of the building.
Welcoming visitors to the Firm and issuing passes.
Managing the switchboard efficiently and taking required messages.
Ensuring that the meeting rooms are fully equipped and clean.
Booking lunches as and when required.
Allocating car parking spaces for visitors.
Processing relevant data as requested.
Arranging taxis for clients and colleagues of the Firm.
To be smart and well presented at all times and ensure that the uniform provided is worn, clean and pressed at all times.
Assist administration team with filing, housekeeping and sourcing un-referenced post.
Arrange travel, hotels as requested.
Provide administrative assistance to secretaries.
Organise dry cleaning as required.
To comply with the Firm’s policies and procedures at all times.
Promoting Best Practice within the Firm at all times and adhering to and promoting the Firm’s core values.
