We are looking for articulate candidates with at least 6 months business to business experience for a busy and varied role at our friendly offices in LS28. We need candidates with personality who can build relationships over the phone. Successful applicants can expect a salary of £15000-18000 with an easily achievable OTE of £24000
SUMMARY
The Telemarketer will be responsible for the generation of meetings for our Sales team to present and demonstrate our HR & Payroll software solution. To achieve agreed targets the telemarketer would be expected to cold call on a daily basis and respond to incoming leads generated by a variety of Web based advertising, trade shows, e-mailers and postal mailers.
The successful candidate will be bright, outgoing, tenacious, and be able to build relationships over the phone by demonstrating knowledge of our software and the HR software industry. Full product and industry knowledge training will be provided.
Our typical client size are organisations with between 100 and 5000 employees. Recent client projects include GNER, CHEP, Action 4 Employment, InTechnology, British Land, Meadowhall, and The Law Society of Scotland.
