My client, a busy and dynamic sales office, is looking to recruit a professional Sales Support Administrator
Duties:
Customer Liaison
Product telephone demonstrations
Deal effectively with customer enquiries, maximising sales opportunities
Making appointments for sales reps
Coordinate sales orders
Dealing with new accounts and setting them up, credit checking, vetting account details
Diary management
Arrange hotels and accommodation
Confirm meetings with customers and send agendas
Must be:
reliable and punctual
organised and able to organise others
presentable, professional and have a good telephone manner
Adaptable
Strong character
Accurate and efficient
Able to provide excellent customer care skills
