POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Are you an HR professional looking for a fresh challenge?
Do you have experience working on large projects?
A client in Bradford is currently looking to recruit and HR advisor for the following:
To contribute to the delivery of the Operational and HR Projects as identified and agreed within the HR Plan. The nature and scope of Projects will vary from ad hoc to major organisational change initiatives.
Develop, coach and support Line Managers where necessary to be able to effectively manage the people impacts of major change programmes
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be CIPD qualified with the ability to work away from home 1-2 nights a week. CV's MUST demonstrate all contributions to large scale projects.
• Ability to draw on a broad range of HR skills and knowledge and apply these to develop solutions that meet the needs of the business;
• Previous experience of developing and implementing project briefs
• Ability to analyse data and create reports based on findings
• Flexibility (the ability to travel and stay away overnight variable, possibly 1-2 nights per week)
• Experience of working with large multi discipline project teams
• Experience of successfully managing time limited projects
