Trainee Consultants: Opportunities for those with little or no recruitment experience, but the personality and aptitude to succeed in a targeted sales environment, full training will be provided with the view to fast tracking to a management in under 2 years.
The role involves:
- Warm and cold calling prospective clients
- Developing business relationships in a competitive environment
- Attraction of candidates through advertising, networking and head hunting
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews and brief candidates on behalf of the client
- Manage the interview process through interview to offer stage and beyond
THE CANDIDATE:
- A degree in any subject or extensive sales background
- Outstanding people skills and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise your duties and think systematically
- A clear and genuine desire to pursue a career in Recruitment
- A confident personality with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Ambition and drive- **average need not apply!!**
