This varied and challenging role would suit someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere and has experience as a service advisor previously.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide a courteous and efficient reception service and to sell workshop products and services. Duties will include booking in vehicles, greeting customers, gaining detailed information from customers, providing estimates for work to be carried out, arrange courtesy services, following jobs through and updating customers on the progress, liaison with the parts department, handover vehicles when promised, upsell products, collect payments, handle customer complaints and follow up work with customers after 1 week.
Experience as a service advisor is essential along with good customer service skills.
