My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Trainer to work within their York branch.
The aim of role and main responsibility is to provide training and support to learners on Train to Gain and Apprenticeships
Duties to include:
Delivery of relevant units of competence and assess learners' progress in Customer Service Apprenticeships to a caseload of learners in line with minimum required achievement rate
Maintaining the minimum caseload of learners and achieve in line with individual achievement sheet
Delivery of Key Skills, additional units and Technical Certificates when available within the Apprenticeship/Advanced Apprenticeship/Train to Gain frameworks.
Preparation of course work and compilation of relevant documentation.
Be responsible for the effective use of all resources. Assisting with the development and delivery of private training.
Maximizing any potential future business opportunities.
Maintenance of all records in line with procedures and requirements.
We are looking for a qualified trainer with the relevant occupational experience, who possesses a minimum of A1 with Key Skills; together with ideally L&D Level III. You will have extensive occupational experience to meet the requirements of the Awarding Bodies, and experience of Government Funded work-based learning (GFWBL).
Driving licence essential.
Commencement Salary package: Salary scale £20,400 - £28,000 per annum for fully qualified trainer, dependant upon experience. In addition to this, a 5% benefits option package available after 6 months employment and immediate life assurance cover from commencement of employment. Excellent prospects for career development
