Our client in Thornbury, Bradford 3 are looking for a Claims Auditor you will be responsible for audit/review/appraise claims already completed within the organisation to check for correctness.
Ensuing that the organisation is paying out the correct amounts of money on claims. Reclaim inappropriately allocated amounts of money from dealers/manufacturers. Producing audit reports for internal and external customers showing overcharging on parts prices, labour times, parts not covered and claims that were in existence prior to the sale of the warranty.
Identify claims for concern regarding claims handling. The successful candidate should be a fully qualified motor technician with a minimum of 3 years workshop experience and experience of claims handling with excellent organisation skills and knowlege of Microsoft Office with GCSEs in Maths and English.
