My client a major player in the service industry is seeking to recruit a HR Generalist to join a small friendly team. The role offers long-term career progression and scope for personal development with a company who really do invest in their people.
The successful candidate will take responsibilities for recruitment, induction of new staff, play a key role in formulating and managing man power plans and maintaining and updating policies and procedures.
You will come from a strong generalist background be methodical with a keen eye for detail. Ideally you will have or be working towards your professional qualifications. If you have the necessary skills and experience and feel you can add value to this role then we would love to hear from you.
